ExI Systems + Inc. (ExI) is a duly registered Filipino company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. ExI is a Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) licensed company.
Our Story
1999
ExI Systems + Inc. was established on March 16, 1999, to engage in the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment in the country. Among its earliest customer was the National Power Corporation which ExI supplied with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
2006
With major changes in the Senior leadership and the support of talented young professional workforce, ExI refocused its business thrust on the commercial industries where it could grow and expand. ExI promoted its power protection solutions of UPS and Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) to foster environmental quality. Soon, a growing number of respected businesses in the industry were added to its portfolio, namely: Meralco, Globe, Asian Hospital and Medical Center, St. Luke's Medical Center, Makati Medical Center, GMA, ABS-CBN, SSS, and PDIC.
2016
To complement its wide range of power protection solutions and services and with a PCAB license, ExI set its sights on its engineering strength. The year saw the boom of substation projects.
2020
A year after it celebrated its 20th anniversary and at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, ExI was engaged by BF Corporation to construct the ₱ 80M Unified Grand Central Station (Common Station), a major transport hub and infrastructure project of the Department of Transportation (DOTr).
At present, the company is working on the construction of a ₱150M Turnkey Substation for Cebu Mitsumi, Inc. in
Cebu City. The said substation will be completed early next year.

Today ExI employs eighty (80) personnel, of which thirty (30) are project-base.

ExI as an accredited PCAB licensed company since 2016 ensures that it is qualified and has a set of skills to conduct construction projects.
Starting from the classification as Electrical works B, ExI PCAB license was upgraded to electrical works A with General Building classification to cater to its growing clientele requirements. With the ongoing big projects, ExI hopes to step up further its PCAB classification.
Institutional Technical Local and Foreign Training Program
In close coordination with ExI’s principal partner- suppliers, ExI institutionalized a regular technical foreign training program for its team of Engineers, to further enhance and broaden their technical know-how and capability, skill upgrading in the power protection solution, automation industries and engineering services.
